Lature has been awarded a Michelin Star in the 2025 edition of the Michelin Tokyo. We were also once again awarded a green star, which highlights restaurants at the forefront of sustainable practices in the world of fine cuisine.
I would like to personally thank our hard-working staff, the producers and traders of excellent ingredients, and of course, our customers.
Earlier this year we successfully held an international cross-cultural collaboration event in which we learnt many new things.
All of us at LATURE are committed to constantly learning and improving ourselves.
